By using Profyl.net, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• The information you provide is accurate, current, and lawful.
• You will use Profyl.net only for lawful and authorized purposes.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh and any other relevant jurisdiction.

You may use Profyl.net only if you are legally eligible to do so. If you are below the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement, you must use Profyl.net with permission and supervision of a parent, guardian, educational institution, or legally authorized representative.

Profyl.net reserves the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe the user is not eligible, has provided false information, or has violated these Terms.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Updating your information when necessary
• All activity that happens under your account
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access or suspicious activity

We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

You may upload, submit, publish, display, or store content on Profyl.net, including text, images, profile photos, CV data, products, services, business and customer information, Task Hub files, reviews, messages, and links.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant Profyl.net a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, modify, format, publish, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, improve, and provide our services.

You are fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, and reliability of the content you upload or publish.

Once you publish content, that content may become publicly visible. Public information may be viewed, copied, indexed by search engines, shared, or accessed through public links.

Profyl.net is not responsible for how third parties use information that you choose to publish publicly. You should not publish sensitive, confidential, illegal, misleading, or unauthorized information.

All information you provide must be true, accurate, current, complete, and lawful. You must not:

• Provide fake identity information
• Misrepresent your education, work, skills, business or achievements
• Claim false verification
• Impersonate another person, institution, company or organization
• Use misleading photos, documents, certificates or references
• Upload forged, manipulated or unauthorized materials

Profyl.net may offer verification features allowing faculties, institutions, references, employers, businesses, or other authorized parties to verify information. Verification may include:

Profyl.net does not guarantee that every verified claim is permanently accurate, complete, or risk-free. We may approve, reject, revoke, modify, or review verification status at our discretion. Misuse of verification features may result in account suspension, legal action, or permanent platform ban.

Analytics data is provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. Profyl.net does not guarantee:

• Guaranteed business growth
• Guaranteed job opportunities
• Guaranteed audience growth
• Guaranteed order conversion
• Guaranteed revenue, profit or performance outcome

Profyl.net may offer AI-powered features, including:

• AI profile suggestions
• AI analytics summaries
• Business growth tips
• AI customer support
• AI moderator agents
• AI pre-interview
• Hiring & internship matching

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You agree that:

• AI outputs are suggestions, not final professional advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it.
• Profyl.net is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI outputs.
• AI tools may process your data to provide relevant results, subject to our Privacy Policy.
• Profyl.net may improve AI features using user interactions and feedback, where legally permitted.

You agree not to use communication features for:

• Spam or bulk messages
• Harassment or threats
• Scams or phishing
• Misleading job offers
• Fake business proposals
• Unauthorized marketing
• Collection of private data without consent

Profyl.net may monitor, restrict, or review communications where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or platform protection.

Profyl.net does not guarantee:

• Internship placement
• Interview selection
• Employer response
• Collaboration success
• Accuracy of employer-posted opportunities

Employers, recruiters, institutions, and businesses are responsible for their own hiring decisions. Users are responsible for ensuring that their profiles, CVs, interviews, and applications are truthful and professional.

Task Hub is a feature where users may offer or request small services, tasks, projects, or assistance. Profyl.net facilitates task discovery, communication, payment holding, delivery tracking, and dispute handling. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Profyl.net is not the employer, employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of any Task Hub user.

Payments may be held by Profyl.net or a payment partner until any of the following:

• The task is completed
• The client confirms delivery
• The dispute period ends
• The issue is resolved according to platform policy

We may deduct platform fees, payment processing fees, service charges, taxes, or other applicable charges. A client may request a refund if the delivered task does not match the agreed requirements.

Profyl.net's dispute decision will be final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Business users are responsible for all products, services, prices, claims, images, policies, delivery timelines, customer communications, refunds, warranties, and business representations shown on their Profyl.net pages.

Profyl.net is not responsible for:

• Delivery failure
• Customer dissatisfaction
• False business claims
• Incorrect product descriptions
• Tax non-compliance
• Business licensing issues
• Consumer disputes between business users and their customers
• Unauthorized use of customer data by business users

If you collect customer data, leads, contact details, or purchase history through Profyl.net, you are responsible for using that data lawfully. You agree to:

• Collect customer data with proper authority
• Use customer data only for legitimate business purposes
• Not sell or misuse customer data
• Not spam customers
• Respect customer privacy
• Secure exported data
• Comply with applicable laws
• Inform your customers about how their information is used

Profyl.net may provide or allow access to third-party plugins and integrations such as:

• Payment gateways
• Review collection
• Appointment systems
• Invoice generators
• Multi-language tools
• Domain providers
• Social media platforms

Profyl.net is not responsible for failures, downtime, data loss, errors, policy changes, security incidents, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

• You are responsible for owning or controlling any custom domain you connect.
• Profyl.net does not guarantee uninterrupted domain or hosting availability.
• Domain propagation, DNS changes, SSL setup, and third-party registrar issues may take time.
• Profyl.net may remove or disable domains used for illegal, harmful, abusive or misleading purposes.
• Subdomains provided by Profyl.net remain under our control and may be revoked if these Terms are violated.

Profyl.net reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject affiliate participation
• Set commission rates
• Modify reward rules
• Delay payment for verification
• Deduct taxes, fees, refunds, chargebacks or fraudulent conversions
• Cancel commissions generated through fake, spammy, misleading, abusive or self-referral methods
• Terminate affiliate accounts at any time for policy violations

Users must not promote Profyl.net through false claims, spam, misleading ads, fake discounts, impersonation, or unauthorized brand use.

By purchasing a paid service, you agree to:

• Pay the listed price
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize payment processing
• Pay applicable taxes, fees or charges
• Follow subscription rules
• Accept renewal terms where applicable

Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, limitation, removal of premium features, or termination of services.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer, Profyl.net may refuse refunds for:

• Used digital services
• Published websites
• Activated subscriptions
• Domain-related services
• Custom setup work
• Downloaded CV templates
• Completed Task Hub services
• AI-generated outputs
• Services already delivered

However, Profyl.net may provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or adjustments at its sole discretion or where required by law. For Task Hub, refund decisions follow Task Hub dispute rules. Full details in our Payment & Refund Policy.

You must not use Profyl.net to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Upload illegal content
• Publish vulgar, obscene, hateful or abusive content
• Harass, threaten or defame others
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Upload fake certificates, references or identity claims
• Sell illegal products or services
• Conduct fraud, phishing or scams
• Use bots, scraping or automated abuse
• Attempt to hack, damage or overload the platform
• Reverse engineer platform systems
• Bypass security controls
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Collect user data without consent
• Use Profyl.net for political manipulation or coordinated abuse
• Violate intellectual property rights

We may take action if we believe content is illegal, false, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, offensive, vulgar, abusive, spammy, infringing, security-risky, against platform values, or harmful to users.

All platform assets — software, dashboard designs, templates, UI/UX, logos, brand name, icons, systems, algorithms, workflows, databases, analytics, AI systems, verification systems, and business processes — are owned by Profyl.net or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, clone, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Profyl.net's intellectual property without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload or publish, and confirm that you have the right to upload, publish, use, or share all submitted content.

You must not upload content that violates another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidential information, or other rights.

Profyl.net may use anonymized, aggregated, statistical, or de-identified data for:

• Product development
• Business strategy
• Advertising improvement
• AI model improvement
• Search optimization
• Platform performance
• Investor reporting
• Internal decision-making

Your use of Profyl.net is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

No digital platform can guarantee complete security. You agree that:

• You must report suspicious activity
• Profyl.net is not liable for losses caused by your negligence, weak passwords, device compromise, third-party breach or unauthorized sharing of access

Services may be interrupted due to:

• Third-party provider failure
• Payment gateway problems
• Domain/DNS issues
• Internet disruptions
• Cyber incidents
• Legal or regulatory restrictions
• Force majeure events

Profyl.net is not liable for temporary downtime, data delay, lost traffic, lost sales, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

Some features may be released as beta, upcoming, experimental, limited, invite-only, or early-access, including:

• AI pre-interview
• AI moderator agent
• Advanced analytics
• Plugin marketplace
• Verification systems
• Business intelligence tools

Beta features may contain errors, limitations, bugs, or sudden changes. We may modify, pause, or remove them at any time without liability.

Profyl.net does not guarantee:

• Internship placement
• Job placement
• Profile traffic
• Business growth
• Sales increase
• Audience growth
• Revenue generation
• Verified profile permanence
• AI accuracy

Total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the previous three months. Profyl.net is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Profyl.net, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from user content, violations of these Terms, or disputes with other users.

Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, inactivity, or legal requirements. Suspension or termination may happen without prior notice in serious cases.

Users are responsible for downloading data before deletion. Platform retains information for legal compliance and fraud prevention even after deletion. Deleted accounts may not be recovered.

Profyl.net may modify or discontinue any feature at any time without liability. We will try to provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid services.

Changes to these Terms may be notified through website, dashboard, or email. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Users should contact support before initiating legal action. Disputes that cannot be resolved through support will be handled through competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Profyl.net is not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, power failures, pandemic, government actions, or other uncontrollable events.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Profyl.net's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. A waiver of any term will be effective only if in writing and signed by Profyl.net.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Payment & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Profyl.net regarding use of the platform, and supersede any prior agreements.
